The Essence of Lepur Olive Oil
Lepur olive oil is a high-phenolic, organic extra virgin olive oil produced from olives grown in ecological groves in the Dalmatian hinterland, far from urban areas.
Analysis of the 2025 harvest, conducted by the University of Split, showed that our oils contain more than 1300 mg/kg of polyphenols, exceeding the recognised EU health claim related to their positive role in human health.
Very Rich in Polyphenols
Made from Dalmatian and selected varieties, our oils are exceptionally rich in polyphenols (1300+ mg/kg). The high polyphenol content is verified by official analysis at the University of Split.
